It ain’t easy.

Something
very bizarre and physiological happened when I stepped on an Alain
Gautier’s ORMA 60, FONCIA yesterday- I turned into a small child with
a
bubbling over with a sprightly energy. Having snatched 4 and a half
hours of
quasi-sleep on the overnight TJV to Lorient, I couldn’t entirely agree
that
a delayed departure was a bad thing. After some time of Alain, Gaby,
Philippe and myself crouched around the computer rerunning the weather
projection models, a decision was made. Apparently it meant we were
going
sailing; no- not with full foulies, food and in the destination of Valencia,
but just out into the bay- it was after all a nice day!
