Here’s a photo of the co-owner Peter Millard (circled) …yep co-owner of Lahana lying on the foredeck against the leeward lifelines that were broken (through losing 4 aft stanchions earlier when a kite blew out) helping the boys hold down a J3 after the strop broke after rounding Tasman Island. Seriously, how many owners of supermaxis out there have you ever seen or heard bolting forward to the bow to help the boys in this situation? This is why all the boys love sailing with this bloke. Bloody loves it out there and would never ask anyone to do anything he wouldn’t do. A few of the boys said I had to send it to you guys to show the yachting world why we love sailing with “Pecka” as we refer to him. Absolute champion bloke.

Also here’s a short clip (with music from Tame Impala “Lucidity”) of the old girl lighting up through Bass Strait. Saw 28.6 in this clip alone. What a ride! So here’s something really funny in the video. You watch the first 30 seconds and start thinking “where the hell is the crew?” And then… – Anarchist Dallas.
